I'll leave out the drama I went through to get to this show!
having seen the boys in Orlando the night before, it was nice to go from the 3,000 person (or whatever) to the 300 person Freebird Cafe. I definitely prefer the "more intimate" environment. I thought the performance was a bit sharper in Jax, but Wood and JS felt like O'ville was a better show... go figure.
House Of Blues Orlando (FL) - 06 May 2005 [review written 07 May 2005] Decent show at House of Blues last night... took my 15 year old to her first "rock" show and that part of it was VERy cool! She loved it and has been a fan for a while. Also took my 21 year old to her first Fishbone show and she really got into it as well.
The place was packed with (presumably) Stoopid fans. Pit was odd... as usual, a few pricks ruin everything. No Fishbo...
